Beyond the adventure

As well as his efforts to share stories of overcoming obstacles and winning against all the odds, Ash has become ambassador and partnered with some of the biggest environmental brands - including WWF, UNESCO, Gates Foundation, Red Cross, and Cher's foundation "Free The Wild".

He even presented alongside Annie Lennox in parliament, addressing the UK government to secure an extra 20% increase into the global fund to save 8 million lives from Malaria within 5 years. They were successful, earning Ash an invite to 10 Downing Street - not once, but three times to meet the Prime Minister.
